Must be from before 1923 and have a way for me to prove the designs are public domain. Heck I probably have some around here but don't know where they are. Seems some of the card companies have their undies in a bunch over face cards and back designs used in stock photos for resale.

They don't have to be complete or perfect, aged is fine, would need enough to make some good poker hands and 21 hands, not photo backs, no flowers or bridge decks. Nice non-descriptive designs or art.

If the box has a Copyright or there's one on the ACE that would be enough for proof that they are no longer protected.

Legal issues for photos are beginning to get very aggravating. Then someone else right clicks and steals my picture and all I can do is get a DMCA for them to stop using it, no penalty, nothing to recover for the use. All the expense of protection is on the artist. Something wrong with this system.

Anyway, need an old, out of copyright, deck of poker /casino size cards.
