The URL for your scan is as follows:

I know you got to get rid of the "A:/". Also, I don't know if you can have commas and parentheses in the file name.

Try this, rename the scan on your A-drive from "January14,2001(13).jpg" to "scan.jpg" (as an example). After you upload, the url should now read as follows:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/scan.jpg

This should work
