The London Playboy Club Casino opened recently. Membership fees vary from $2500 a year plus $1650 joining fee if you have a sponsor or are an existing London Clubs High Roller to $25,000!! for lifetime membership. Memberships bring you other PB privileges as well. You can't just buy entry to the casino.
I supplied some equipment to London Clubs in advance of the opening. By calling in a big favor from someone who used to work at the Vic, I agreed to provide supplies at cost in return for a one-off opportunity to acquire some chips. I very much doubt I will have the opportunity to get more, and I doubt many will be seen in uncirculated condition.
The white chip (same both sides) was made for training the dealer bunnies and used for soft opening. They were all drilled. I was lucky they found and let me have a few as the rest were already pitched.
As well as the chips shown, they did let me see the rest of the rack. - £500, £1k, £5k and £25k chips are the same style but baccarat sized. Plaques also in £500, £1k, £5k & £25k. The high denoms were large and very fancy.
I wouldnt have been able to get them anyway, but no roulette chips as the roulette is all 'touch screen' tables.
Chips are all Matsui except the B&G Grand Opening.
