What is the problem with 'restoration'? Does it breach the code of ethics?
I know that in some cases, dependent on the nature or restoration, it might if it wasnt disclosed. However it appears blatantly obvious on this type of chip.
The only other potential breach of ethics I come across is where either sellers lie about the number of chips they have (coe #2 I guess) or worse still, refusal to admit any number (coe #9 as well??) Seems to be a regular occurence now.
So which is worse, or least ethical, or however you want to phrase it?
