Hi Von. My 2 cents on using scans...
In Response To: (Message Deleted by Poster) ()

While it is appreciated that you are saying it is OK to use your scans, please know that this subject was discussed from day one of establishing the ChipGuide Admins.

This has been posted previously, but bares repeating now, and I suspect that Charles Kaplan will also re-iterate.

The Admins, while sometimes making mistakes, will not visit other website and simply take scans, nor re-type data from published chip guides/catalogues (without prior permission) and post same in their ChipGuide categories. Coordinating to the authors of other on-line guides/catalogues and galleries has been left to Charles Kaplan to negotiate.

Some of those authors, such as myself for Win Cards chips and related items and I believe John Kallman has been done.

So, while it is always possible that a non-Admin submitter may send a scan as acquired from "elsewhere" the Admins are under specific instruction and agreement to NOT raid from the hard work done by others.

BTW - If there is a bad taste in your mouth, I'm willing to bet it is that bicycle handle bar grip we can't see in that picture of you sleeping with your bike! rofl Geez, half the handle bar seem gone and I have to wonder where it is, gag me with a spoon! vbg

Thanks for the inputs about that chip. I figured it was a Ernie Primm, Nevada chip! vbg
