Well, don't tell Mayme Stocker that the Northern Club's license wasn't issued!

As to the Northern Nevada license #1, the Northern Club says "Clark County" on it; I always figured that Lincoln County would also have a license #1; Nye County would have a license #1...etc. No??? Yes??? Maybe???
