Freeport is in Nassau County, not NYC. The Brooklyn day cruise casinos haven't run since Giuliani had international waters extended from 3 to 10 miles off the NYC coast. On the way out the entire first floor, which only had slot machines, was covered with puke and passed out sea sick passengers. Closed for good a week later.
