Emeryville - on the bay between Oakland and Berkeley has the Oaks Card Room - It's been there for ages. There is Casino San Pablo in San Pablo to the north of Oakland. There is Lucky Chances in Colma, CA south of San Francisco. There is a card room in Hayward - The Palace. San Jose has Bay 101 and The Garden City. Pacheco (to the NE of Oakland in the Diablo Valley) has the California Grand - I used to get my haircut here in high school when it was the Pacheco Inn. I am sure there are more.
