As a relative newcomer I have been told that drilled or notched chips are worth at most 30% of the list price. Unless I am missing something, what makes these chips worth the full price. I can understand if they were prototypes, samples or ultra rare.
In general I have avoided cancelled chips (I have a $1 Castaways and a $5 The Rendezvous)but would really appreciate any insight into this aspect of chip collecting.
