link, there is a statement that what you are looking for no longer exists. I believe it is a message just like that that gets posted when pulls an auction (for whatever reason) and also when a seller pulls an auction (for whatever reason). At least this is how I understand it to be, but I do not have any first-hand knowledge. Also, I have been told, that if you were an active bidder, you would receive some sort of explanation. I do not recall if anyone had an active bid going on.
However, if you look to the auction that concluded, you will see that the seller added several comments to the auction after the second auction surfaced. One comment was, in effect, that the new seller could not be trusted as he is a new (zero rating) seller and used the description of the first auction. I did note however, that both sellers had different pictures of the pulls.
Speaking of which, not all pulls are equal in quality. Here is a picture from one side of 2 different pairs that were pre- public liquidation sale, pulls. The one on the left has no jewels at all and the one on the right is missing a jewel!
But bottom line, I do not know what happened to the second auction.
