I recently received a $1 Crystal Palace CIC (Bahamas) and found out that it got damaged in transport. When I opened the envelope I noticed that the center coin was beginning to fall out. My question is, is their any way to fix this or is the chip garbage at this point? Thanks for any advice. Dan R-8220
