the seller was asking $40 but has since said he will take $35. He also informed me that he opened it up and the chips are for sure glued onto the felt but they do "give a little". Who knows if that is the felt giving or....? I'm kind of thinking that maybe it would be worth giving it a try? I mean even if I could just get the chips off of the felt with out damaging the felt I could put the chips back on it if they are to damaged and still have a nice wall hanging. I guess i'm not sure what something like this would normally sell for but to me this doesn't seem to be a terrible price (and who knows, maybe I could get it for a few bucks less to).
