You are correct!

I picked up mine aboard Carnival's third ship... the M/S Tropicale that sailed out of New Orleans. The ship has changed registry and flies the Costa Tropicale name now. Last time I saw her was on a cruise to the Mediterranean. As a side note, these $25 chips were given to passengers to encourage them to visit the casino -- sort of used like a NCV match play chip but it could only be used on even money bets and had to have a $25 Carnival Chip with it to play on BJ table. If you won they paid $50, but took the chip an put it into the dealer's lock box.
