Those chiles look great. When I host a BBQ Grill I offer these chiles grilled and stuffed with cheese and chorizo sausage and you have to eat them hot off the grill and a real cold beer standing by (Corona with the lime stuffed in the bottle) to cool down. Try it and let me know.
