So what your saying at the end there Fred is it is ok to purchase ncv's or roulettes as long as it's not you who did the "harvesting"?

I know how I and most people obtain the ncv's and roulette's in our collections, we either get them ourselves or purchase on Ebay. The point of my post was more to get the club's stance on the "obtaining" of these ncv's and roulettes. I really wanted to know if the BOD was pissed because of harvesting ncv's in general or because these 5000k chips were harvested at a convention event where members were specifically asked not to remove them.
