They were not released at the same time . The 1st Issue Pink cover was released in conjuntion with The 2nd car show they had in The Parking Lot at the Hard Rock . You bought the chips at The Cage & went out to the car show & Mr Barris signed the insert for you . The 2nd issue was a few years later.

I mention it was the 2nd car show , because as some might recall at The 1st car show The Ed 'Big Daddy " Roth sets were released and sold for $35 , $15 over face , a big stink occured , and alot of Chippers boycotted the set . I'm not sure but I think gaming was notified of this .Last I checked the Roth set is still worth around $300 . could be wrong , It does happen every once in a while
