The promotion was created for Planet Hollywood but when Harrah's bought PH....the chips were stuck in limbo. Most likely they were destroyed.

A few months ago the Four Queens was only giving out 5 Unit chips (Their policy is also 1 set of win card chips for LIFE).

The list on the Wind Cards Site (Gaming International) is only “so-so”, since Gaming International is only aware of the sales of its packets to the casino and not the chips being made for the casino. There has been a few times I’ve told Ted that the casino no longer has the program and he wasn’t aware of it.
