is it cost effective to send a bunch of used ones as opposed to buying a large amount of new ones.
I send Chuck Smorse my used ones, (most from him) and he returns my postage when i buy chips, so I guess that it is cheaper then buying new ones and paying postage, but, I was not sure if it was a significant savings or just a little.
