This is a nice tray from the Horse Shoe Club in Sonora, CA. The chip guide shows this club at 97 S. Wasington St. in 1966 but there is also a Large Crown "PM" chip shipped to E. B. Patton at the address shown on the tray in 1951. There was also a Mountain Club at 153 S. Washington that was also associated with a Mr. Patton back in the good old days - see the dice below. I love the history of this stuff but it sure is hard to nail down.
