I found this card while sorting through some old Dunes memorabilia. It was not inserted into a receiver on a slot machine but rather carried with you for tracking both table games and/or slot play. I believe it is the card that was being referred to a couple of days ago. Not sure of the date of issue but it was before many places had slot cards.
