It is not unheard of to have different colors on different tables. The best example is the old error chips from Gold Strike Tunica where each chip from each table was a different color (I think). Grand Tunica also had a few tables with different colors. Two tables had chips in pink, peach, Lt. orange and orange! It was obvious that the person who ordered those chips never had to deal on a roulette table. Dealers couldn't tell the colors apart.
