On what are you basing your statement? Everything I am reading says the Maloof family will end up with between 10% and 20% of the company. I'm no financial expert, but I don't think 20% or less leads to a "controling interest".
Of course I don't expect to know much more when I go to work tonight. For months the speculation and rumors have been flying, but no one in any authority position was confirming or denying ANYTHING as far as I could tell.
