Rog is thinking of the scene in the beginning of the movie, when Jake Hooker is taken at a crooked roulette table in an underground (literally!) club.

The chips in my display are the kind in use at the poker game on the train when Gondorf first meets Doyle Lonnigan and out-cheats him!
