I had heard a chip collector bought it. An old friend of mine, Don Britt, was one of the auctioneers for the auction. Don passed away a few years ago and I never got the chance to visit with him and discuss the auction.

Do you think many of the chips were salvageable (sp) from the way the table was built? It appears they were set in resin.
