S.A.O. Schwarz is probably F.A.O. Schwarz. USPC made many spelling mistakes.
F.A.O. Schwarz was a distributor in New York for USPC. Several NYYC chips were also delivered to F.A.O. Schwarz.
I would say it is a NY chip.
