This chip features the Bicentennial Star that was a common motif in lots of Bicentennial paraphernalia. From a casino standpoint I only recall it being replicated on a Thunderbird ashtray, but many different items produced, both officially from the government and in private industry had it featured to some extent. Makes you wonder who decides these things.
