I agree Jim and I also will still state Walmart would have more complaints. Out of 10 Million customers and a few hundred complaints I would call that very nominal. There is no recurring charge that I could ever see in the large or fine print for business cards. I will restate however for other services there is a recurring charge, internet hosting is an example. Anyways to each his own. The Post Office and Department of Motor Vehicles gets a higher % of complaints than Vista Print.
