I agree Greg. There certainly are some gray areas. However, I think that someone who consistently and routinely purchases table space at virtually every chip show, or sets up shop at virtually every A.C. Chapter Meeting for example, primarily to sell chips ... could surely be considered a "dealer" in the truest sense of the word. Just my personal opinion. I'm sure that the IRS has theirs.
