This is a productive step toward fighting slabbing. I also think there should be an encouragement to add a little more description such as if a chip conditioned as "used" the member should state why. ("Used - edge nicks" or Used-surface scratchs) or in the case of a damaged chip "Damaged - Inlay" or "Damaged-chipped).
