I have no good reason for not rejoining other than I got lazy and didn't read my magazine when it arrived and didn't realize my membership had lapsed. Then, time went by and I was busy. If I had received a reminder, a nice letter that came from someone in the club that said, hey, we miss you as a club member and you're missing out on our magazine and club benefits, I would probably have renewed.

As it is, I'll renew later today or in a couple days just to support the club as I have at other times. I think the club has so much to offer. I just wish it had taken some positive steps when it had the money, but it is not too late to attract new hobbyists. I have plenty of hope for the club. As for promoting:

I've offered to review any chip and casino related books by readers of this forum and the club twice (this is now the third), and you know how many people offered to send me a book for review? One. There must be a couple dozen that my readers would love to hear about and perhaps purchase.

Do you guys really want to promote the hobby and the club or not?
