would be that the club's membership database DOES NOT have everyone's e-mail address. Secondary to that is the fact that very few people update their e-mail address with the club when the e-mail address changes. What we've done in the past has been to mail out "we want you back cards"...the first mailing was somewhat successful with a fair amount of former members rejoining out of the over 500 cards mailed out. We tried this again recently, but to very dismal response (so far).
