.......collecting is still high. Over the last several months I have been outbid on a ton of medium priced chips in the $100 to $500 range. Somebody sure is still interested in collecting chips and they are getting the ones I want.

The economy as a whole is down and all sorts of hobbies are taking a hit right now, but I believe when things bounce back we will pick up members in the future.

We still have a solid core of members and remember that for every "dues paying" member there are probably 5 or 10 other colllectors who have not yet discovered the Club, but still enjoy collecting chips and other casino items on their own. I believe there is a broader base of potential collectors than some people think, we just have to find a way to reach them and to get them in the fold.

Just think of the millions and millions of people who visit casinos each and every day in the US - even if we could get a tiny, tiny fraction of 1% of them interested in chip collecting our membership would skyrocket.

We will have a new BOD next month - so let's get behind them and support their efforts and grow the Club !!!
