it sounds good, but as John pointed out it is almost impossible to get them filled out. Most members won't even vote in the election, let along fill something out when they quit.

I don't feel the club really did anything wrong. People lose interest in collecting casino chips. Also some pass away or a loved one they have passes away & that takes it's toll.
