For the 2nd time this week, someone or something has sent out spam mail from my AOL account. Several of you probably received it and I'm so sorry. The McAfee/Norton programs on my computer confirmed no viruses, and I even had my wife take our computer to work to have their IT guy look at it and he said he couldn't find anything either. Anyways, I tried to change my password but I'm locked out, whatever sent out the spam must have changed my security question answers so I can't make any changes, I can't even cancel the account because it requires the same security answers! Then I tried to call AOL but since I'm a free email subscriber, I'm not "entitled" to speak to a live representative. So then I sent emails to 3 different addresses listed on their "help" menu and no one has responded. In the meantime I've deleted my address book and sent emails in hope that it'll put a temporary stop to the spam. Anyone else have this same experience with AOL or recommendations on how I can kill this account?!
Thanks!
Dan
