Care to ID this old H-mold "Sands 1" chip?

Any help with this chip is appreciated. I got it many years ago at one of the gambling supply places that bought out the old H C Edwards stock from the owners of that venerable place. I have, and know of, only this one chip. Is this the old roulette chip of the old Sands in Las Vegas?
Looks like it is N9046 in the Chip Rack. And either of these in Campiglia guide:
¶ 8th issue -- "Unique" roulette (page 143); or more likely
¶ 10th issue -- R10 roulette (page 144)
Yes? No pictures to go by. I might put it on eBay. Let me know if you are interested.

From the same place came these H C Edwards H-mold chips that I am auctioning now eBay:
