Last few days recieved 9 Bubble Mailers #.002 all with one chip inside. All mailed from post offices, and machine stamp. Spread of prices .88 (2), 1.08 (2), 1.22 (2), 1.71 (3). This is a spread of .83 which adds up if you mail a lot. Whats going on? I have 2 PO with-in 10 mins. each. One charges 1.71, the other 1.22 the last month. Can someone explain these different rate for same mailers? No postage due. on any.
