Todd; That is basically what a grading/slabbing company presently does in the coin "industry" and is now attempting to get into changing the way chip collectors have functioned for years without the "professionals" as you have termed them. There are pitfalls and abuses associated with this "service" that have been experienced in coins and there are a group of folks who are dedicated to try to prevent this from occurring in the chip hobby which needs to be explained in more detail.
