Could the Frank's Bavarian chip be from Las Vegas?

Now that I know it is not Franks Bavarian Inn in Salinas, California, where else?

As most Nevada historians know, gambling was legalized in Nevada in March, 1931.

The chips below were delivered in March 1931. With crest & seals, the delivery date usually signifies the date the place opened (or, in this case, when gambling was legalized)

Also, note on the map below, one end of 150 N. Main St in Las Vegas is Fremont St. Not too difficult to imagine that there might have been gambling there.

However, bottom line --- still an unknown. Interesting. BTW, it could be "BF" and not "FB"
