as a 'gift' when in fact you are buying chips, thats not a 'loophole'.
That is just plain lying about the purpose of your transaction.
Is claiming you donated $10,000 worth of clothes to a charity when you really gave one pair of shoes really a tax loophole, or is it cheating?
People can call it nice names, but theft is theft.
