Does anyone have any evidence that this chip is from a Frank's Bavarian Inn at 150 N. Main St, Salinas, CA??

My source tells me that 150 N. Main St. did not exist in Salinas in 1931. North Main ended at 132 then continued at 200.

Is this just a wishful attribution?
