Post offfice with the nice clerk but when the chip arrives
at my post office with the wrong kind of clerk. I get the
Postage due Charge. I either pay or the package is
returned to sender. I want the chips so I end up paying.
Best solution. Make sure the package is thick enough.
Doesn!t make sense but in this case Bigger is cheaper.
When I pay. is exactly what happened with original Post.
