The FPP conversion is just rumour right now..but I have seen that 700 = $11 conjecture on several sites.

I believe in the Pokerstars FAQ's it mentions that they will convert Tournament $ to Cash. Right before we got blocked, I finished in the Top 3 of a 1 FPP 300 person satellite, and won an $11 buy in for the Sunday tournament..
