Eurocoin at that time was a subsidiary of Chipco so I guess they processed the original order.
Two reasons I can think of why there are no (or very few) recent chipco samples.

They dont employ any salesmen outside their offices anymore so there is no need for anything to show customers.

Advance in technology means customers can sign off on electronic art and dont need to pay for or see notched.

I dont think GPI make any extras (other than the mandatory for gaming/casino/file) unless specifically requested either.
