Yesterday, I read an ad in The Press of Atantic City from "Frank's Coins" at the Shore Mall offering to pay 28.3% over face for silver coins prior to 1964 ... so this morning I called the store and asked what they were paying for $10 silver strikes from A.C. casinos. Reply from his associate who answered the phone was ... "we are currently paying $13 each"!
