Great framed set!! I was working at Sunset during this time and have all theses chips also except the no value chip. I'm pretty sure you are right about this not being available at the casino as I would of bought one if it was. But there was a 13th chip sold at the cage it was a Jester on one side and said Welcome to the new millennium, happy new year 2000.
