Those Silver Stikers are having a Field Day!

I remember a club member in Kansas City who couldn't give Silver Stikes away them at $11.00 each (only 2 - 3 years ago)......now you see common strikes for $22 each!

So the good news (and not so good news) the common strikes will become less common making the remaining strikes worth more to collectors.....but like the 1967 Franklin Mint Sets.....there will be fewer and fewer of them around sad

I can only speculate that less than 10% - 20% of the 1967 sets still exist in one piece. Which means that there around 300 sets left out of the 1550 sets made in 1967. I can only imagine that between the 1980 Hunt Brothers silver run up and now this new run up.....there will even fewer complete sets out there.
