Love to know more about this. The CPC seems to be on a kind of thick plastic chip. During the mid. 60s the Cuvier Press Club ran what they called "kentucky days". They had charity gambling events, and those chips might be from that event. Still just speculation, since I have not talked to anyone that was at those events.
