Every time I think I have the fonts figured out, I find different fonts being used.

I think they come from what Mason called "Special Dies."
They would use any font a customer asked for.

In my case, I come pretty close after years of looking at illegals. BUT: Sometimes have to send out a scan to several people for opinions. One not too long ago, maybe the DMI hub had 3 different opinions. We checked all 3 guesses and found it!
