I don't know too much about these chips but, here's some info. I have your chip and a few others in that style. They all are printed on one side only. They mostly appear to be cheap advertising chips. Your chip has the wings of a US naval aviator. The white chips all seem to be solid and the red and blues are quite transparent. I saw a box of the girl chips on the web some time ago. They mention as being produced "By Beacon". I have no idea what that company is. I'm guessing they are from the 1950s or 60s but again that's a guess. See the extra link below for a box photo of this type of chip. It shows how they were distributed.
