I have not got one for the iPad, but I do have one for Android. It my have an iPad/iPhone version. It is called Memento database. Basic inventory database, but you can decide what fields you want including photos. Sort on any fields such as state, city, casino, denomination and so on. With an Android 2.2 or greater device, you can install it and the databases on the SD card so that you can make backups of your database also. Seems to work nice.
